Westco Productions’ Gold
Star Concerts presents
Queen of the Girl Group Era

Only a few artists
have been capable of defining an entire era in pop music. Ronnie Spector
is one of those artists: the embodiment of the heart, soul, and passion
of female rock and roll beginning in the 1960's and continuing today. In
2007, Ronnie Spector and The Ronettes were inducted into the Rock and
Roll Hall of Fame.
Ronnie Spector's
powerful vocals have highlighted a host of chart-topping classics
including "Be My Baby," "Baby I Love You," and "Walkin' In The Rain."
Everyone knows her perennial hits "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus"
and "Frosty The Snowman." Ronnie's 1986 duet with Eddie Money - "Take Me Home Tonight" -
was on the Billboard charts for an astounding 23 weeks and was nominated
for a Grammy. Ronnie's new CD includes special
guests Patti Smith and Keith Richards. |
